ABSTRACT
ObjectiveTo determine the situation and challenges of innovation platforms in China， and to explore the construction strategy of Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform， which is suitable for Shanghai and may achieve the research and transformation of nutrition innovation and population health， so as to coordinate， unite and gather the superior resources of all parties and promote nutrition innovation. MethodsConstruction scheme and operational mechanism of Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform were explored by literature review， expert consultation and questionnaire. ResultsThere were various forms of innovation platforms in China. However， challenges were identified， such as decentralizing force， resource rearrangement and insufficient sharing effect. Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform adopted a modular organizational structure， which was divided into central group， node group， and subject group. Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention， as the central organization， is responsible for the platform operation management. The expert database as an academic committee selected key organizations from nutrition-related universities， research institutes， academic associations， centers for disease control and prevention， hospitals and the industry. Based on the opening of its own innovation resources， the platform made effective use of external innovation resources and formed a closely integrated nutrition innovation network of multiple disciplines. ConclusionThis study promotes the construction of innovation platform model of cooperation， co-construction and resource sharing， and provides reference for the construction of innovation platform in China.

Objective:To understand the current situation of the layout of the national science and technology innovation platform in the medical field, and provides a basis for departments to improve the formulation of scientific and technological innovation policies and promote the reform of the mechanism.Methods:The report and the evaluation list of the official websites are the main reference, supplemented by the public information of each platform and the information retrieval and mining of database, select quantitative statistical indicator to analyze data.Results:Platforms rely on a rich variety of units, mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai and other areas with strong research ability, including major disease areas, covering many key medical disciplines.Conclusions:The regional layout is not balanced, and the layout of the type of disease at the subdivision level needs to be further complemented and improved.

As an important representative of modern Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injzection has become an indispensable part of the Chinese medicine industry. However, its development is now restricted by the bottleneck of insufficient core competitiveness, low-level research and production, even injection quality and the safe use are not guaranteed. Thus, it is urgent to reevaluate post-marketing TCM injection generally and to make secondary development. Under current circumstances, taking major brands which have good clinical and market foundation, as well as research value, as the main subject of cultivation and evaluation is an important approach to innovative development of TCM injection industry. Unlike oral proprietary Chinese medicine, the cultivatation of major brands of TCM injection needs higher technical support, quality standards and more timely feedback. Therefore, a post-market integral evaluation system adaptive to TCM injection is required. This article discussed some key points on the construction of a post-market integral evaluation system of TCM injection in three levels： optimizing evaluation methods, building synergistic innovation platforms which combine the medical research institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises, and finally constructing the integral evaluation system. A "five to one" structure has been proposed to enhance TCM injection effectiveness, safety and adaptability on the whole, which are from the following aspects： mechanism research, clinical evidence validation, literature information mining, sustainable development of resources and industrialization operation.
ABSTRACT
In order to strengthen the graduate management in scientific research platform and to ensure the quality of graduate training,the ideological and moral education was invigorated through establishing virtual party branch,the behavior was regulated through establishing and amplifying the daily management system,the student interests were protected through establishing financial management system and the cultivation quality was guaranteed through perfecting the academic management system.Satisfactory results were achieved in molecular medicine and cancer research center in Chongqing Medical University.
